Sr. Manager- Operations

Location: Regional Office - Mumbai
Overall Responsibility: Operations Manager is a support function to the RD and will act as a liaison between Regional
Director and District teams.

Manager – Corporate relationships

Role Details:

• Directly play the role of account manager of multiple large projects and create and nurture a lasting relationship
• Play vital role in fund allocation and take major financial as well as programmatic decisions and reporting with respect to the grant
• Oversee the progress of implementation of the program as per the MoU agreed upon with the respective donors
• Self-sustaining practices for Retention of existing donors and growing grant/donation sizes
• Responsible for good CRM .

As Software Project  Manager you will be responsible for leading software projects of the organisation.

Skills

  • A strong technical aptitude and ability to learn various software

  • Knowledge of Database and Frontend technologies

  • Good knowledge of at least one programming language.

  • Knowledge and experience of .NET with MVC Framework, My SQL, PostgreSQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript. PHP

  • Understanding of Open Source, Frappe , ERPNext, Front End Development

  • Knowledge of  Dashboard and Reporting Tools (Tableau, QlikView, Google Data Studio etc.)

  • Experience with SEO and related areas.

Experience and Qualification

As Technical Volunteer and Interns you will be working on software/ open-source applications being designed for social sector. If you have some of the following qualification reach out to us: 

  •  Interest and passion for the social sector challenges.

  •  A strong technical aptitude and ability to learn various software

  •  Knowledge of Database / Frontend technologies

  •  Good Knowledge of at least one programming language.

  •  Knowledge of SQL/ HTML/ CSS/ JavaScript/PHP / Open source/ Frappe
